Most
diets allow you to track your weight, and we do too. This
important feature lets you see the valuable progress you've
made over time.
But we've added important event markers. Sure you can track
your weight, but now you can mark when you started exercising
and see the effect. Add in an icon to note when you started
the PATH, when you gave up sodas for good, when you had
your baby, or when you took your vacation.
These important life events all impact, for good or ill,
your weight and health progress. The power of our entire
weight tracking system is that you can view your on-going
progress related to these events, to isolate the factors
holding you up, or those that most effectively send your
weight lower!
